To raise awareness of this special organization and provide authentic experiences for children in nature, Rock Hollow Woods will host two large fundraiser events in 2026. We are inviting you to join us as a sponsor of these events to be recognized as a Rock Hollow Woods supporter of the year!
5th Annual ‘Walk in the Woods’ - June 6th, 2026
A unique culinary experience fundraiser that invites guests to tantalize their taste buds amidst the breathtaking beauty of the woods. The evening will commence with a welcome toast, followed by an appetizer station in one of our many scenic locations. A delightful 4-course meal will be served in our charming stone pavilion, ending with a LIVE auction. This event is popular and sells out quickly!
*This event includes a silent auction and a live auction; if you aren’t able to sponsor this year, we always appreciate in-kind donations that can be used in the auction.
2nd Annual ‘Run for the Woods,’ 5K Trail Run and Fun Run - September 26th, 2026
Spend a fun and challenging autumn morning navigating Rock Hollow Woods’ scenic trails during this true 5K Trail Run. This event offers a mix of terrains and a chance to push your limits while enjoying nature, all while supporting a great cause.

New Castle Lawn and Landscape is donating their services to beautify Rock Hollow Woods by taking care of the grounds in the front of the property. The crew mows the grass and weed whacks edges, is quick and efficient, and always has friendly smiles as they work. They have sent out their employees during our volunteer work days to remove invasive trees and plants. New Castle has also generously sponsored our 2025 'Run for the Woods' 5K Trail Run!
Brentwood Industries, Inc. have tapped into a variety of ways to support Rock Hollow Woods! They have sent employees here for our volunteer days; removing invasive plants, planting native trees, and hanging ornaments on our trails during the holiday season. They have made LARGE in-kind donations that included TWO of their Brentwood wheelbarrows, a green canopy tent, supplies for our first aid kits, industrial-sized trash bags, and 35 books for our Rock Hollow Woods' library! They ALSO agreed to be a DELUXE GOLD SPONSOR for BOTH of our fundraiser events for 2026; our 5th annual Walk in the Woods scheduled for June 6th and our 2nd annual Run for the Woods, 5K Trail Run scheduled for September 26th!

UGI Utilities Inc. sends employees to Rock Hollow Woods every year around Earth Day to volunteer. They're always such a fun, easy-going group of people that work hard to make major improvements such as creating switchback trails, removing stubborn invasive plants, and planting hundreds of native trees. UGI Utilities, Inc. has also donated $1,500 in EITC funds that will help cover the cost of field trips for local school districts.
Keith Kemp Sanitation has GENEROUSLY offered their weekly pick-up services to Rock Hollow Woods at no cost. It's such a blessing to have support from local businesses in our community. We are beyond grateful for your help.
