STEM Exploration-October 7, 14, 28 and November 4, 2020
STEM Exploration is a nature-based program focusing on the great outdoors in October and November. This program will meet four Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to Noon with Jean McCarney, an elementary and special education teacher. Each week, Jean and the children will explore environmental topics such as: biodiversity, creek exploration, animal adaptations, plants, and seeds while incorporating elements of STEM: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. The program will conclude with a nature hike delving deeper into the topics learned.
Participants will need to bring water.
