Toddler Time on the Trail is a nature based program that meets four Tuesday mornings with Heather Hennessey, a certified elementary and special education teacher. Children, parents and the instructor will explore various themes. Participants will take a short hike in the great outdoors. As they walk, they may observe signs of the beginning of spring: buds blooming, critters in the creek, a turtle crossing the path, or birds soaring in the sky. Toddlers will enjoy free play each session. Other activities may include: listening to a story, singing a song or completing a craft. Walking back participants will enjoy a hike.
Toddler Time on the Trail consists of 4 Tuesday mornings.
Appropriate for children under five years with his or her parent, grandparent or adult friend. (Children under the age of one can attend at no charge)
