Whimsical Wonders- July 28th - August 1st, 2025; 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Whimsical Wonders is a day camp that meets five mornings. Kristin Swanson, certified early childhood/ elementary educator and librarian, will guide campers in woodland/wetland explorations and encourage them to use their five senses and their own questions and imaginations to discover the whimsical wonders of the woods!
Campers will get wet and dirty as they explore the life in meadows, woods, streams, swamps of Rock Hollow Woods, while searching for treasures and watching for forest fairies and gnomes! This camp will also include age-appropriate opportunities to read and hear stories, write and draw in journals, and design and build.
Children will use their creativity and teamwork to complete daily challenges and projects, and each day will include hiking, and time for free play fun and making new friends!
Campers will receive a Rock Hollow Woods t-shirt the first day of camp.
