Adult Yoga in the Great Outdoors

Monday Evenings: 6:00 - 7:15 p.m.
June 2nd, 9th, 16th, & 23rd
July 7th, 14th, 21st, & 28th
August 4th, 11th, 18th, & 25th
September 15th, 22nd, & 29th
Join Tracy Wahl for a 75-minute gentle flow yoga class in the great outdoors. Participants will begin by grounding themselves to Mother Earth. Then they will honor the summer sunlight by flowing through sun salutations. They will move through sequences to open their hearts, move their energy, and dig deeper into specific areas of the body. The practice will close with savasana where participants will use nature to connect with Spirit.
Tracy Wahl received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training from Peace Yoga in Bel Air, Maryland. She is also certified in kids yoga from Childlight Yoga. She has a bachelor’s in Nutrition Science and is a certified Mat Pilates instructor. Tracy is passionate about helping others reach their mind, body, and spirit goals.
Class is rain or shine, coverage will be provided if it rains.
A non-slip mat is recommended. Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water.
