Moth Night Viewing
So much happens while we're unwinding and sleeping. Join us on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 from 8:15 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. to explore our rarely seen pollinators and celebrate National Moth Week, facilitated by Pennsylvania Master Naturalists Amy Langman and Mike Slater.
Following a brief discussion about this very impressive and beautiful group of insects, we'll venture around the property where we'll have some "traps" set.
The cost will be $5 per person. Please bring a head lamp and/or flashlight, water, and sturdy shoes for walking.
***This program is geared towards adults and families with children ages 10+ as it involves hiking at dusk/night and staying still/quiet as we search for our winged friends.*
