Step away from the rush of everyday life and breathe in the calm of the woods. In this adult summer camp session, we’ll strike the perfect balance between gentle movement and creative reflection. Hike scenic trails, stretch and breathe beneath towering pines, and explore the art of poetry through reading, writing, and sketching haiku and other forms. Set against the serene backdrop of Rock Hollow Woods’ “Pine Cathedral,” this session invites you to relax, reflect, and connect with nature—and with new and old friends.
No experience needed, and all materials are provided—just bring yourself and a sense of curiosity. 🌲✍️🧘♀️
