Nature Detectives- July 24th - 28th, 2023; 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Nature Detectives is a day camp experience that meets five mornings at Rock Hollow Woods. Ashleigh Hoelscher, a certified elementary educator, and Heather Hennessey, a certified elementary and special educator will help turn the campers into Nature Detectives. As a Nature Detective, each camper will learn how to solve nature-based mysteries through the use of observation, speculation, experimentation, exploration, communication, and collaboration. There will be science experiments, code-breaking games, team-building exercises, and more! In addition to the structured activities, there will be opportunities for free play each day.
Campers will receive a Rock Hollow Woods t-shirt the first day of camp.
Appropriate for children entering K to 1st grade in Fall 2023.
