Wintering Birds is all about how animals, particularly birds, adapt to the winter weather. This program will be presented by Rebekah Sheeler, a Pennsylvania State Park Environmental Educator. Families will learn about the adaptations winter birds need to survive in our area, how to identify some of our common neighborhood species, and what they can do at home to attract more birds and help make their winter easier. The program will include a short lesson, a story, outdoor exploration and a take-home craft.

Wintering Birds is a family program. Any age child(ren) may attend with a parent or two.
